Cenk Esendemir is a true professional. I had an issue with my downspouts and sump pump pipe. He came out promptly, walked the property, took pictures of damages, that I was unaware of, but grateful that he brought it to my attention. Cenk took care of all of that AND he waited for me to get home, to address with him some roofing concerns I had mentioned to him. He was not rushed with me, listened to my concerns answered my questions and true professional that he is proceeded to fix ALL THE ROOFING ISSUES AND HE CLEANED MY GUTTERS of POUNDS OF DEBRIS. He did exceptional work for a reasonable price, which is a rarity in this day and age. I cannot say enough about Cenk Esendemir - five stars is not enough for the professionalism and workmanship of Cenk Esendemir. Cenk was on time and did exactly what was discussed. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem through a thorough inspection. He found a few additional issues that he showed me through pictures so I could see what he saw and was describing. Very educational discussion with zero pressure. I thought the charge was reasonable and plan to do additional work based on options presented.
