I coach/motivate my clients to reach their fitness goals, whether it is weight loss, toning, strength and mass building or just better overall fitness. I do this by showing them proper form, rep range, and the amount time and weight that should be used to perform an exercise. The most valuable thing I offer is lifestyle coaching, because health and fitness isn't only what you do in the studio/gym it is also how live your life and how you view yourself as a person!
