Jay came out the same day I requested someone to prune my trees. He was polite and explained the process and I hired him on the spot. Jay scheduled the job for Friday or Saturday of the same week. Jay and his crew came on Wednesday, due to rain the in the forecast. They did a wonderful job and my trees look healthy and beautiful. Jay and his crew took their time to listen to what I wanted accomplished and delivered! Yes, I will recommend Jay and definitely kept his business card for future projects. These guys are great. I received an immediate response and Jay arrived when expected to walk the property and give a quote. They came in the lowest of the 4 quotes so I scheduled the work. They arrived on time and rapidly cut down 4 trees and cut some dead branches in a couple other trees. They were willing to add on another tree the day of the work. Due to equipment repair, they had to return to do the stump removal at a later date. That was completed and the work is excellent. They required no payment until project completion. I would recommend them without hesitation. They will be my 'go to' for this kind of work.
