- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact – Give us a call or send a message. We’ll gather details about your project and schedule a free inspection. Inspection & Estimate – One of our experts will assess your roof, siding, or gutters and provide a detailed estimate. If it’s an insurance claim, we’ll guide you through the process. Approval & Scheduling – Once you approve the work, we’ll get everything scheduled at a time that works for you. Project Completion – Our team gets the job done efficiently and to the highest standards. We’ll also do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. Follow-Up & Warranty – All work is warrantied because we stand behind what we do. We stamp our reputation on every job, and the Peak and Valley reputation speaks for itself.
