I start with interviewing the chief officers and defining short- and long-term wins, then work side by side with every department. When done, I will compile a report and recommended strategy, letting you know how, when and where you may be losing money or how you can gain customer retention and train sales staff in new processes. I charge on a project basis and also work on monthly retainer.
