My crew and I are more focused on SWING SETS (PLAYHOUSES), KITS. We stay super busy from April-September, we make building these kits look easy😀 depending on our drive time to each job and the product we can build 3-4 a day please take a look at the few of 1,000's we have built.
P.S Traveling isn't an issue, we do most of our work in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus ohio, Lexington ky and Morgantown wv. We do charge a mileage fee, but our work makes up for it we truly are worth every penny you spend I hope you pick us to do your work thank you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES before I arrive:
Play Sets
Preparation
Level installation area that is level within 1” over a ten foot area and 2” over a twenty foot area.
Ensure a clearance area around playset of at least 6’ in all directions (play set + 6’ in all directions)
Ensure no buried utilities, wires, pipes, etc. will interfere with installation.
Ensure you are not planning to position the swing set over top of any sprinkler equipment.
Ensure no overhead obstacles within 6’ of the top of the playset (power lines, roofs, trees, etc.).
Installation of any play surface products (ie: sand, mulch, etc.) should be done ONLY after play set installation is completed.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKEN OR SPLIT BOARDS.
In most cases the manufacturer will replace whatever you may need and pay for us to come back and fix whatever is needed. We will complete as much as we can, then when your parts come in we will come out and finish, or replace what is needed. Price starts at $75 depending on what needs to be done and whatever the mileage would be, but like I said most companies will pay for the repairs, it's part of their warranty.

Leveling
The site is required to be level within 1-2 inches for the installation of the pergola. If the site is not level, you should level the site by digging out the area or laying a 3-4 inch layer of leveling rock.
WE DO NOT ANCHOR GAZEBOS OR PERGOLAS.
Plastic
In very sunny areas, we recommend that you put down black plastic or weed barrier cloth to prevent grass from trying to grow up between the floor boards.
Before We Arrive
Ensure all other debris is removed from he area prior to arrival of our installation crew.
Adult customer MUST be at job site during the entire installation and for the duration of the installation.
Ensure there is ample space to un-package and assemble the unit.
Please arrange for pets and children to be in a separate area during the entire installation process.
Ensure access to an electric power outlet that is working properly.
Dates and Times may change depending on the weather. We do not like to have to reschedule due to bad weather. We always look for solutions in most cases we can build a swing set in a garage or under a carport then move it to it's location. If we have to reschedule you will be scheduled on the next available date and time thank you and we appreciate all work.
