- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Resumes are $50. Other services will cost anywhere from $25-50 per hour depending on the type of work and the deadline for completion. .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will be requiring payment up front from this point on. Unfortunately, I recently had several individuals take advantage of my flexibility on this and ended up not receiving payment for a few of the jobs I completed. Payments must be made through PayPal or by mail using certified check or money order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in workshops and continuing education as often as possible. I have also completed three degree programs and a graduate certificate program.
