The quality and thoroughness of the cleaning was excellent. Melissa's timeliness and attention to details is appreciated. I felt very confident that my home was secure during the cleaning appointments. I feel that she provided quality service at a reasonable price. Melissa does a very good job for us and it makes our other offices envious with how good our office looks. They all wish they had a cleaning service as good as her. We got lucky when we found her.

She does excellent work at a great price point, but punctuality is not a strong suit. I know she has other jobs she is working around, so she is a busy lady.

She does very nice work and strives to do the best job she can. She often does much more than I expect. She often has chemical and even equipment I have never seen to make things look and smell great.
She treats are home like we would and cares greatly about the job she does.
She responds extremely well to suggestions and additional work we ask her about.
