Introduction: I graduated from Stratford University with high honors with the Wedding Consultant course. I have four years of business school. We enjoy working with people,, making their day special. Robin and Mike served at our wedding and were wonderful. They were there when we needed them. Took care of all our guests, and even stayed later than planned when we fell behind on our schedule. They also were kind enough to pack up some of our wedding cake and leftovers to enjoy on our honeymoon. Thank you!

I had to cancel my event for health reasons, but the Alltops were very professional, helpful and responsive during the planning stages for my event. I regret I never got to use their services, but I certainly will in the future if the need arises.

My husband and I hired Robin and Mike to help out during our wedding reception so that our family members could relax and enjoy the evening. They were timely in their pre-planning communication, very friendly and professional, and very reasonably priced. My parents both mentioned how hard Robin and Mike worked throughout the evening to make sure that drinks were replenished, cake was cut, snacks were set out during happy hour, final venue setup was complete, etc. They even stayed over extra to help clean up the tables. We would highly recommend and greatly appreciated their help!!

    We let the customers know the price, for what they want done. We let them know that if they need extra time or supplies, that there would be an additional fee.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We except the work, then we set it up to talk to the client , either by phone, zoom, or actually meeting in person. We exchange phone numbers, we find out what the client wants. Then we let them know what we do, and what we don't do.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 4 years of college in Business. We are both State Licensed to handle bartending and food handling. This was a course that we both took ..We both took the State test, and passed. I took another course in coordinating and decorating. I received my certificate for that course, with high honors.
