Day 1: representative from company came out assessed the problem. (No charge). Needed new a/c system. Day 2 team came out and installed; took about 5-6 hrs. Team (2 guys) was efficient, knowledgable, and very polite. Cleaned up after themselves too. Was pleased with service. Only complaint was how much it costs now to get a new a/c system. But Wilson is comparable to others.
