I object to that last question. Why stop at three? All five are true! I chose CRAFT ELECTRIC based on their reviews. Everyone was right. Unbelievably fast response (including Labor Day!). Booked on my schedule not theirs (still blows my mind)! Work done quickly and done well.

Craft electric were great to work with. They sent over Alec. He added electrical outlets to my garage, addressed multiple electrical issues, connected and installed several TVs so we could not see any cables, and changed all my switches. He was always on time, communicated clearly, suggested ways to do the work in better ways than I imagined. He was quick, kept the home clean, and was delightful to be around. We are very happy we found them. Thank you!

Alec showed up about noon and diagnosed my issue. It turned out to be more serious than anticipated. One of the hot lines coming into the meter split causing some damage to the meter. He worked with First Energy to cut off off the power and kept me updated throughout the process. He completed his work quickly but we had to wait until almost 10:00 p.m. before First Energy came back to turn on the power. Alec stayed with me the entire time until he confirmed everything was up and running. Very professional and will absolutely hire him for any future jobs.
