I can only say wonderful and positive things about Craft Electric. They replied very quickly to my request. I had a whole new Electric fuse box installed in my garage since it was nearly 50 years old, and I was having trouble. Eric and Dominic did an outstanding job. Beyond my expectations. Mark, who is part owner with Eric works in the office and he is extremely kind as were Eric and Dominic. They worked hard and they worked fast even though this was a little over a six hour project. It was very cold that day and it did not seem to bother them. Very professional, very knowledgeable. I will call them anytime. I need electrical work done. Also, the price was very reasonable. I have two other friends who had this done and paid much more than I did. You won’t go wrong calling them for your electrical work.

Craft electric were great to work with. They sent over Alec. He added electrical outlets to my garage, addressed multiple electrical issues, connected and installed several TVs so we could not see any cables, and changed all my switches. He was always on time, communicated clearly, suggested ways to do the work in better ways than I imagined. He was quick, kept the home clean, and was delightful to be around. We are very happy we found them. Thank you!

Alec showed up about noon and diagnosed my issue. It turned out to be more serious than anticipated. One of the hot lines coming into the meter split causing some damage to the meter. He worked with First Energy to cut off off the power and kept me updated throughout the process. He completed his work quickly but we had to wait until almost 10:00 p.m. before First Energy came back to turn on the power. Alec stayed with me the entire time until he confirmed everything was up and running. Very professional and will absolutely hire him for any future jobs.
