DO NOT HIRE! Zoom Pro business owner is not local, never meets the people he employs, and finds them on Craigslist. I ended up with drug addicts and alcoholics who repeatedly no showed and messed up my house. After I fired Zoom Pro, I had to hire other companies to tear out anything they installed and start over. Then the owner took me to court and didn’t even bother to show up. All USPS correspondence I had with him for the court was returned unclaimed. DO NOT HIRE ZOOM PRO!
