The reason this is a benefit is because when we extract the carpets we are rinsing the cleaning agent out of your carpets to ensure we don't leave residue in your carpets. If this is not done properly, residue in your carpeting will actually attract soil like a magnet. There are many cleaning companies out there that clean with their cleaning agent mixed in with their rinse extraction process which means they are never rinsing out the cleaning agent. What I like most about Park-Ellis ServiceMaster is our cleaners are employees, not subcontractors. They are paid an hourly rate which means they are in your home focusing on your carpets needs and aren't in your home trying to upsell you on products you may not necessarily need. There are many carpet cleaning companies out there that work on a commission base. Because of this, many of their employees focus on what they can sell you instead of focusing on what needs to be done to your carpets to get them clean.
