- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its not really complicated. When we quote its easier for us to say we get $25 per man hour. We understand that a lot of people want to know up front what it will cost. Its best to use the dollar per hour method. Over the phone or internet we don't know the condition of the property or the type of clean that the customer wants.

I started out working for a cleaning company and could see that it could be done better.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was referred a customer from a past customer who has moved to Las Vegas. The friends of his that he referred me to have been great.
