- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most problems can be fixed in one hour or less, and my base rate is $50. Depending on what is needed, charges may run up to $150 to completely reload and reconfigure a system that has lost a drive, or is so infected that it requires a fresh Windows or OSX install
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first need to determine the exact equipment and nature of your problem. Many problems can be fixed during a phone call, or the FREE Diagnostics. Once I know the true extent of your issue, I provide a firm quote to repair. Customer is responsible for paying for any parts needed, as I provide labor only.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience as a Telecom, Network, and Systems Engineer for the Department of Defense, and Large Enterprise corporations and Institutions. I also have been repairing PCs and Laptops for 35 years as well. Over 75 professional certifications
