- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is standard pricing. But, I am always willing to negotiate prices based on customer's needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather all job details, the customer's preferences then quote is given. Once the customer hires our company an appointment is set for the initial walk thru or cleaning. All payments are due at the time work is performed. We accept cash, checks, CC and we can also do invoicing. *Important* Please be sure to provide full details of the job requested. This does away with price changes later.* **Prices may increase due to extremely dirty conditions and or pet urine and feces.***
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a cleaner all my life. Mother was a neat freak. So I developed a knack for cleaning. I've worked in the past with a few commercial cleaning companies. More recently while doing home healthcare I saw a need for cleaners and wanted to help.
