I am 78 years old. My home has 3000 Sq Ft of roof on it. I initially was interested in replacing my shingles with a metal roof and responded to one of Erie Home's adds and scheduled an appointment with them. The day of the appointment I met their representative (Emmanuel Cruz) who showed me in-depth the various types of roofing available. I am very QUALITY minded and was impressed with each of the materials used in each type. I was so impressed, I elected to go back with the Shingle type based upon the strength of the 1) Ice & Water shield 2) Underlayment and 3) Shingle quality itself. I "WAS NOT" pressured by the representative in any way to make a purchase and made it myself on the products QUALITY. The day before installation all material arrived at the house. The next morning a crew of 6 men arrived at 08:00 and began to remove the old shingles from the roof. These individuals were professional, clean and exceptionally hard workers. In addition, a Installation Manager (Charlie Sevilla) arrived and stayed the entire day until the roof was completed around 6:30. When. they left everything was spotless. No, pieces of roofing, tar paper, trash or nails (Used a strong Magnet) was present.

Tucker Hudson came and gave us a great presentation, we are retired and on a limited income, and if we could afford a new roof right now, we wouldnt have hesitated to purchase from home. Very informative, polite, nice, and understanding our income situation
