Introduction
We intensively document, photograph, and record all aspects of the project. Most of the competitors do just the minimum to get paid on the job. We go above that and create a detailed portfolio for each job. We can communicate all of the technical aspects of our job to the customer in a way that they clearly understand our objective. I like being the person to help others while they are in distress or not sure what to do. There's nothing better than making someone's day and turning a bad situation into something positive. I like to problem solve, estimate and negotiate. I also love to meet new people and have met some that I will never forget.

Michael responded immediately and showed up the same day that I called needing help. He worked around my schedule and is very knowledgeable about his work. I would definitely call on him again and recommend him to anyone.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes. I have enough CE credits to hold me over until 2018 with the IICRC. Even so, I continually attend courses and am always learning new techniques and the always changing standards.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We most commonly do water damage restoration, mold removal, and fire restoration and reconstruction. We also do a substantial amount of roofing when the season comes around.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have insurance and guarantee their work. Ask to see IICRC Certifications if they are performing restoration. If their trade requires a license, ask to see it.
