FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We follow specific dj'ing websites to stay up to date on the latest equipment, trends and feedback from other dj's. We have taking online courses on lighting, wedding etiquette, and attend sessions with Professional DJ's on DJ mixing, sound, lighting, and professionalism.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have a small studio in our house for playing, recording, listening to music. When our oldest child was getting married, we had enough equipment to DJ it so save a little on cost. Then the second child got married, then the third, then family and friends started asking. Soon we where having to turn some people away because we were booked.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Getting great communication from start to finish is where most of the service pays off in getting the music end completed. Seeing a play list to see if the dj is on the same page with you is also important.
