- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Something that we have learned is that by asking a few key questions we can help to determine a very accurate pricing for you space. Over the phone we can give you a great idea of where your pricing will be. There are times that we arrive and a few details of what needs to be done may have been not mentioned in these times the price likely will go up. Our one time cleanings prices are based on an hourly rate per person at your space to clean. Over the phone is able to give a great estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1 We will talk on the phone and determine your desired things cleaned #2 Immediately we are able to provide you with a pretty accurate cleaning estimate. #3 Immediately we tell you when we can clean your space #4 We collect your payment method and receive a deposit to lock in your cleaning date #5 At 1pm the day before we will notify you of the time we are expected to arrive to your home. #6 Day of we arrive to your home and our team has a checklist of what you have already let us know to clean #7 As we start to finish cleaning your space we have you come through and inspect so that we ensure your are amazingly pleased with the quality of our work. #8 You will get a message so you can share with the company the things that the team did great in your space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For new teammates we utilize a 4 week training program to ensure our teammates are fully trained. After someone is fully trained they are able to take ISSA's PHC certification. Daily our teammates are encouraged and bonus paid to do daily video trainings.
