Love Jim and his crew. He does an amazing job and this guy cares about what he does. A passion for hardwood flooring is what he and his guys have. Hes accommodating and he shows up WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL. Not only that, he finishes when he says he will. And get this, he picks up his phone! Apparently that's hard for a lot of guys in the trades. Floorscapes are my go to guys for any flooring project. Why? Because I know it's going to be done right, I'll get top notch service, and I'll have some of the most knowledgeable guys in my home. What else do you need to know though?

Jim at Floorscapes got involved with my project through a friend because I had water damage from the hot water tank. He arrived the next day, even though he had a very busy schedule, to assess the damage and started the project the very next day. I was totally impressed with him from the beginning for many reasons: 1) he showed up when he said he would 2) he was courteous and professional 3) he always kept me in the loop with the project even though it took many twists and turns 4) he and his crew did an excellent job replacing my floor 5) he completed the project within the time he said he would. I am more than happy with the results and would recommend Floorscapes to anyone who needs wood flooring. Laurie H.

Not sure if it was a good value because we did not shop around but everything else was great. They actually deducted money off of ourquote because they did not have to do as much prep work as anticipated.
