- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic charge is $20, this charge is waived if you proceed with the repair. Labor time right now is $15/hr plus parts. I do my best to provide accurate turnaround times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find it important to gather all facts from the customer first. Once the customers problems are addressed I can offer a service that will exceed their expectations.
