Introduction: Hello, my name is Kim. I have been a yoga practitioner for over twenty years and an instructor for 10 years. I hold a T.R.Y Certification with 200 hours of training in the style of hatha yoga. I am experienced in teaching different levels, along with varying yoga styles: hatha, Christian, anusara, and vinyasa flow. I offer beginner, intermediate and men's classes, as well as private instruction. Teaching style: my classes are encouraging, entertaining, challenging, and accessible. My hope is that every student leaves my class feeling accomplished and supported. Yoga doesn't have to be serious. My students have experienced progress, as well as results in their health and fitness.

My husband and I recently took one of Kim's classes, and we are already planning our next one. I have taken yoga before and can say confidently that Kim is a an excellent teacher. Better yet, my husband, who had never taken a class, really enjoyed the experience. When Kim found out that he had back surgery, she made sure to incorporate many helpful moves into our class that night and made him feel comfortable. He now looks at yoga in a whole new light.

Kim is the best yoga instructor I have ever encountered. She is patient and takes her time to explain each move. Not only does she show the move prior to asking her clients to do them, she also monitors us to ensure they are done properly. Love attending her classes! Kim is very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend to everyone I meet to attend her classes.

Great class. Relaxing atmosphere and Kim moves the class along nicely, while watching our form and posture. Felt wonderful afterwards. Definitely coming back for more.

    I offer Beginner, Intermediate and Men's yoga, along with guidance in nutrition. In my classes you will learn breathing technique's and pose's to heal injuries along with building strength and flexibility. Stress relief is always result of a yoga practice, whether it is done for 10 min. or an hour.
