- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard hourly rate for onsite service. In some cases if I have to travel more than 30 miles, I will charge an extra amount to cover costs of fuel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Information Technologies and I am currently working on finishing my Bachelors in Computer Science through Grantham University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather inspired me when I was a kid. He would buy stuff at garage sales like record players and radios and other electronic devices; we would take them apart and see exactly what made them work. Most of the time the items he would get were broken to begin with, but after we were done, we would figure out what was wrong. They would be working in no time. When computers came around, the same curiosity came and before I knew I was building computer systems.
