TF Consulting has managed office condominiums for our company over the past two years. During that time, they've done financial reporting, collections, budgeting and construction management services. Overall, their financial reporting is timely and accurate and they've been able to effectively and efficiently manage our operating and capital budgets, keeping our investment on track. They're also good communicators and have strong contractor and owner/tenant relationships, which allows them to respond quickly to situations and provide first class service to both the client and the owner/tenant, which is important in this competitive environment. Most importantly, TF Consulting is trustworthy and able to think outside the box, so is reliable and can easily adapt to your changing needs. I do believe that their office condo experience can easily transition into the residential sector, given that office condos involve both individuals and corporations with similar needs, so would recommend them for both types of assignments.

I had a casement window set that had been painted shut by the previous owner and would not close properly once opened. Also, the wooden sill had been warped over time due to weather & lack of use. Ace worked on the windows and was able to get them both to not only close properly but also to function well. He took the time to make sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. I would definitely work with him again.
