FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The firm was founded on the pretense that many accountants and accounting firms provide great service but with that comes a great price tag. Knowing we can leverage technology and education to create seamless, beautiful interactions between client and the firm while providing better overall value than anyone else in town, has made our pricing models of set fees, rarely to no hourly billing, and flat rate pricing on payroll a BIG WIN for our clients and ourselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to talk to you and figure out the plan! Either through phone, webcam or in-person appointments we want to get an idea of who you are and we want you to learn about us to see if we can provide that vital support role for you, your family, or your business. We have a digital form questionnaire if we decide to go forward as well as engagement letters that will clearly spell out each parties role in our agreement, so there is no lost communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I subscribe to a number of professional publications that I make sure to read through monthly as well as the AICPA posts current changes and proposed changes on their website that I keep up with. I have a Graduate (Masters) degree in Accounting & Finance Management. I've worked with many industries from home improvement general contractors, oil & gas, rental real estate, public accounting, automotive service, general LLCs and S-Corps, and health care.
