I was pretty sure I had a bed bug problem. I searched the internet and used Thumbtack to find a local exterminator. I was contacted by Eddie Jenkins jr. of Jenkins Pest Solutions. Eddie seemed real knowledgeable about my pest problem and set up an appointment to inspect my home. He came out, checked my home and informed me, to my dismay that I had a bed bug problem. Eddie assured me that I was not alone in the battle to get rid of these pest. We set up a two treatment extermination process. I had to wash and dry everything in my home, empty all closets and drawers, and clear a path for all baseboards. About one week later, Eddie came out and flipped and sprayed everything, cracks and crevices included. I had to leave my home for a few hours while he treated. Upon returning home I could tell that Eddie had done a thorough job as, everything was flipped, moved and sprayed. Eddie informed me where he found live bugs and told me that I may see live bugs as the spray does its job. However, after the initial treatment I never saw a live bug or got bitten. Eddie came back about 2-3 weeks later for the second treatment. He completed the same process, flipping and spraying everything. He also informed me that he didn't find any live ones at that time. It has been about a month since my nightmare started and I am happy to report that I remain bed bug free. Thank You Jenkins Pest Solutions! Thanks Eddie, your knowledge and professionalism helped ease the stress and anxiety I was feeling about these blood suckers. I would recommend you/your company to anyone seeking help for a pest problem.

My daughter woke up was petrified to find sores on her arm which looked like bed bug bites. At this point, we are 3 weeks from moving out of our house into 3 separate locations. Being extremely concerned, we called several pest companies. One of the companies offered a heater rental without even investigating anything. Eddie from Jenkin's Pest Solutions was much different. I spoke with him on the phone several times and obtained a very reasonable quote assuming we did have bed bugs. He rearranged his schedule to come and do an inspection the same night because of the pending move. He did a thorough inspection of our property and found absolutely no trace of bed bugs. In our situation, he could have said we needed a treatment and we would have absolutely done it immediately, but he didn't. Eddie is an extremely honest guy who does a great job. He also wasn't going to charge us a service fee, but we insisted. He is one of the best service people we have used. Highly recommended.

I brought home bedbugs, on a vacation. Initially I was overwhelmed but Eddies friendly manner , and professional answers to my questions and concerns, was so encouraging. He advised me on what prep work to do and was very knowledgeable about the chemicals used. I have been bed bug free and am confident my problem is solved.

So far I'm impressed. His price seemed high at first, but then I realized that it included a thorough, whole-house inspection, a three-hour first application, and a second application two weeks later.
To prepare, I had to launder every scrap of fabric in the house on hot and put everything in plastic bins and bags, declutter, and move all furniture a few inches out from the walls, which was monumental but necessary, before he came for the first treatment.
When I was able to come back into the house, I knew he'd been VERY thorough. Everything was opened or flipped over so he could spray it. I haven't seen any live ones since, but in case any eggs hatch, he'll be back to take care of them.
Eddie is so nice and so thoughtful, and is passionate about getting rid of the heebie jeebies for us. I won't hesitate to call him if I ever need help again. He even checked my mom's couch across the street when I worried about tracking them over there. Peace of mind is priceless.

We had a major infestation, particularly in our finished basement. We tried everything but eventually had to break down and call in a professional.
Eddie has been nothing but professional. Start to finish, he explained the entire process and even the possibility that we might have to do follow up treatments. In fact we did have to do some follow up treatments and Eddie did them free of charge.
He knows what he's doing. He's kind, professional, honest, and affordable. I hope to never have to use him again, but will not hesitate to call him if I need to.
