Shawn 1&2, and Keith were awesome. Built me an office space in an unfinished basement, offering great suggestions that i hadn't even considered. Worked full days to get the job done, and i felt very comfortable having them in my home. I cant wait to use them again for future projects. Cant go wrong with hiring them.

Where do I begin? Shawn is extremely personable, so much I can say we’ve become friends. But, his quality of work or craftsmanship is second to none. He is knowledgeable in just about everything (engineer by trade, contractor by choice). Trustworthy and fair! We left on a two week trip and left Shawn the keys to our home. Exceptional person and look forward to our continued relationship and doing business in the future.

We had a basement bathroom installed this past summer. From our initial meeting until the finished job Shawn and Keith were superb. They listened to our ideas and helped us think through the layout. We were included in all decisions throughout the process. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with the results. They will be our first call for any future remodeling projects!!

Shawn and his team took great care of our bathroom remodel. We had a tight timeframe for the project and it was completed with a week to spare. Once the project started, Shawn communicated with us daily about when to expect workers the next day what work would be done. His team was always punctual, kind, and professional. They replaced our floor tile, shower surround, trim, vanity and counter. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We try to be transparent about pricing up front via professional, formal proposals. We often share our unit pricing with the client for things like flooring, tiling, drywall, trimwork, etc. This allows the client to understand the costs better and to scale the project up or down quickly. We also do not mark up material. Material we buy is passed on to the client at cost with accompanying documentation. All of our work is done on a lump sum basis.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We have an initial meeting to go over scope and walk through the details of the project. After that, a formal proposal is issued outlining scope, schedule, budget, etc. it often takes a couple of iterations to finalize everything before starting work.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ohio State University.
