SHULL remodeled our bathroom, removing existing tile and a tub, and replaced them with new tile, a shower and glass shower doors. They also added a bathroom fan. All of the work was completed on time and was professionally done. We highly recommend SHULL Residential!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be transparent about pricing up front via professional, formal proposals. We often share our unit pricing with the client for things like flooring, tiling, drywall, trimwork, etc. This allows the client to understand the costs better and to scale the project up or down quickly. We also do not mark up material. Material we buy is passed on to the client at cost with accompanying documentation. All of our work is done on a lump sum basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial meeting to go over scope and walk through the details of the project. After that, a formal proposal is issued outlining scope, schedule, budget, etc. it often takes a couple of iterations to finalize everything before starting work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ohio State University.
