Introduction: My culinary career began early on, inspired by my grandfather, and his love and respect for quality and tradition of food. After graduating from the Culinary Institute in Europe at age 18. My culinary repertoire flourished during an internship under italian Chef Alfonzo Sorentini in Italy, followed by German Chef Rostislav Ptacek in Herrenberg Germany , where i developed and refined my culinary techniques. I proceeded to Branson Missouri City’s famed 5-star where i catered Miss USA 2000, Country music star Dolly Parton, Beach Boys , and more celebrities same calibre .It was there where i extended my skills to all outlets of the hotel, landing myself at its fine dining restaurant ,Martini’s Cameron Mitchell restaurants, pleasing the palettes of the restaurant’s most exclusive clientele. After spending years with the Cameron Mitchell premier events . Abercrombie&Fitch campus where working under Chef Jose Becerra , and Chef Pete Rukule gave me more international cuisine experience where I was exposed to the creative expressions of Chef Mukesh Kumar use of Asian, Indian and progressive International cooking techniques.
