- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on 30 or 60 minute sessions. Discounts are added depending on how many sessions are purchased in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually do a free consultation to discuss health and fitness goals and needs. I do a complete body composition analysis along with muscle measurements for tracking progress. From this data I create a custom workout and macro plan for each Individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with ISSA in Personal Training and Nutrition. Formally Certified with NASM. Several years of coaching from ages 8-18.
