- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a slight discount on multi-visit jobs. My single visit rates tend to be in the $22-25 range depending on location and complexity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always schedule an in-person meet and greet in the client’s home, giving everyone a chance to meet and me a chance go obtain all the pertinent information so I can provide stellar care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have professional training but DO have decades of experience with pets of my own and taking care of friends’ pets for fun before deciding to do this professionally
