- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always interested in Pilates and searching for a studio. My long time friend became certified and opened a studio. I began to practice and after a couple years, I applied to enter a training program. I became comprehensively certified with Body Arts and Science International. Working in area studios, I really began to see a difference in students that took group classes and those who trained privately. I felt by opening my own equipment studio, I am able focus on my clients goals and help them achieve their best results with a more tailored, personal approach to Pilates. I am constantly learning and applied my nursing knowledge of maternity to serve in this area of my expertise. Not only do I have a BASI comprehensive certification, I am a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Instructor though the prestigious Center for Women's Fitness. I work with an amazing superfood nutrition company which helps those who want to really transform their lives.
