Evan is what you need when it comes to maintenance around a property! He is responsive, takes the initiative to coordinate with third parties in a professional and timely manner, has a great attitude, and GETS THE JOB DONE! The last thing I want from my handyman is to wait forever, have no shows and cancellations, excuses, half finished projects, and big bills. With Evan, I don’t worry about that. I was having issues with my Condenser unit. As soon as I called, the turn time that he got to my house to help was quick. Extremely professional and even went out of his way to explain what was going on since I had little knowledge. My AC is working better now than before as well. I have high recommendation for them and their services.
