- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the volume of junk, the labor involved, and the scope of the job. No hidden fees you get a straight quote upfront before we touch anything. We charge by load size, so you only pay for what we actually take. We're slightly flexible for larger jobs and repeat customers. Same-day and next-day availability most weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple. You reach out, we ask a few questions about what you need hauled and where, and we give you a quote same day. Once you approve it, we schedule a time that works for you, show up on time, load everything out, and sweep up when we're done. The whole process is designed to be as easy as possible on your end. You don't have to do anything except show us what goes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm the owner-operator of Evergreen Demo & Junk Removal with hands-on experience in junk removal, demolition, and property cleanouts. I've completed professional training focused on efficient hauling operations, safe demolition practices, and running a professional service business. Every job I take on I handle personally you're not getting a random crew, you're getting the owner.
