Nate absolutely saved me. I am a homeowner and single female, which means I am a prime target for unscrupulous vendors. My experience with finding a roof contractor was horrendous and even involved the theft of a downpayment.
Nate's response was almost unbelievable. He not only spent more time on the free estimate than any other contractors, he followed up with more information about the job--including arial views of the roof that explained things like how different pitches would require different work. He is honest, fair, intelligent and honest (it's worth saying twice). His crew is thorough and thoughtful, even to the point of helping my special needs brother navigate the debris from the first day's tear-off. I simply cannot say enough about their work. I was seeking an emergency roofrepair as it was raining inside my house every time it rained outside. Nate responded quickly and came out the next day and made repairs. The price was reasonable for a emergency repair and he was honest and up front about the work to be done and suggestions for things that I may want done in the future. I appreciated his quick timing for the repair and his honesty, and not trying to upsell. I would absolutely use this company again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system per se. The kind of work we do requires an assessment of what's going on. We can then steer the customer in the direction which is needed to fix their home in the most economical way for them. We also offer a 5% discount to members of the military and senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with a customer and assess their needs. We try to get to know them on a personal level, many people that we have worked for have become friends of ours. If they are a homeowner and are able to qualify for an insurance claim we let them know. We specialize in the claims process and can deal with claims from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in business and a minor in accounting. I have nearly fifteen years of on the job training and have completed hundreds of jobs.
