- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Fees are based on services chosen and location for services. *There is a required contract and deposit per person required to reserve any special event. *Deposits are non-refundable if the date booked is not canceled within one month of the event. *All appointments require a credit card on file and 24 hrs. notice of cancellation or a fee of $25 will be charged to re-book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the service being booked most require a phone consultation first and a credit card on file. There are several printable client consent forms located on my website required prior to receiving services. This helps me to recommend the right products and treatments for the individual client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always keeping my skills at an expert level staying up on trends and any opportunity to further my education in my ever-evolving profession. This is also required by the State Board of Cosmetology. I am trained and licensed as an "Advanced Cosmetologist" Certified in Airbrush Makeup Artistry, Spray Tanning, Advanced Skin Treatments, Relaxation Massage, and Lash Extensions.
