These guys were unbelievable! Extremely professional, extremely polite, and very hard workers. I couldn’t thank them enough. From day one, John had been excellent helping me schedule my moving. I had to reschedule SIX times due to my closing getting pushed back, and John got my back every single time. Neither less to say, he represents the company very well. The movers came by, extremely nice and police young guys and ready to work. They did more than expected, brought all my stuff to the third floor in 3 hours. These guys don’t play around. Fabulous experience overall! I’m definitely going to be sending them a lot of referrals. If anybody wants a stress free moving experience, these are your guys!!!! Don’t think twice!!!! They were punctual and did more than expected. Thank you John, Chris and Adam, you guys are a heck of a team!!!!

The movers Jordan and Jerry were very polite during the whole move. The reason for the low rating was mainly because I felt like they were not very efficient or speedy during the process. They took multiple smoking breaks (at least 2 that I personally witnessed) during a 4 hr. job which I personally thought the move should have taken closer to 3 hrs. Also, I didn't appreciate that they brought the odor of cigarette smoke into the apartment I was trying to clean and leave. I didn't complain the day of the move and ended up giving what I considered a fair tip of 20% for what I felt what a less than satisfactory job. I felt inclined to write this review after an issue with my couch. My couch was too large to fit into the new apartment and it was placed into the garage until I could donate it. I was talking to the movers about if they could transport it to a donation facility and it came up that Jordan was moving into a new place and could use the couch. I was going to give it to him for free and he assured me he would return the next day to pick up the couch. He did not return and did not respond when I tried to contact him. That would have been fine but he already took the cushions and legs to the couch. So now I have a three year old couch with no cushions or legs and it cannot even be donated or used by someone else. So in the future I would not use this moving company again and I would discourage anyone else from using this company as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for local and residential moves are based on either and hourly price or flat price. Both options will be discussed. If there are specialty items the price of the items moved will also be discussed. For long distance moves there will be a flat rate. NO HIDDEN FEES or Surprises on the day of your move !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get on the way home with our customers to go over the details of your move. We then call 24 hours in advance to confirm your move. If the move is a specialty move or long distance we will come out and do an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the industry for years and we have certified movers that have completed The proper moving training.
