Ryan and Sean were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Diagnosed and located the problem quickly, and promptly worked to eliminate the issue using the Hydro-Jet system. A somewhat expensive procedure but I will explain. I used this company over a year ago to unclog the same floor drain using the regular snake type machine. At that time it was explained to me that this drain pipe was extremely clogged with debris, and this method would only create a small opening through it and would eventually block up again. They suggested at that time to Hydro-Jet the line but I didn't have the extra money. Well, they were absolutely correct and the line began to slowly back up once again. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and the issue was resolved. Ryan explained that the kitchen line connected to this floor drain line and that after years and years of use, that was the culprit. The amount of debris that was unblocked using this system was incredible, (not to mention disgusting). Ryan and Sean were pros and had the job done in no time. This company was up front with me a year ago and absolutely correct in there assessment. At no time did I feel pressured into something I could not afford. Time will tell just how good the Hydro-Jet worked on cleaning these lines out. But for now, the drains are working just like they were designed to. Thank you Ryan and Sean, and thank you Mr. Rooter.

I am a Community Manager for development company by day and home owner by night. Although Mr. Rooter Plumbings company claims they give free estimate, how do you give a free estimate if you are unsure what the true issues is? This guy came to my home and assumed my troubles and assume my estimate cost. Did not use any scope or anything to determine the estimate. I told him what it could be but he never checked. Gave me a price of a wax ring replacement in the amount of $337.00. I called my maintenance tech and he said, tell that guy to jump into a lake a rubber wax ring cost $3.00 and it takes 30 mins to install. I might be a lady but, not a fool. Would not recommend this company to anyone that want integrity pricing. I left a childs birthday party to get false pricing. He wasted my time.

SO I called them for a frozen pipe. They gave me the totals. 89.00 to just come out, 280.00 for the first hour of using the "Hot Shot" on it. Then I mention I would like to use the coupon they had on the main page of the website for 50.00 off. I was lied to by the Tech immediately, saying he already factored it in. I called the corp. number to verify the prices...and it wasn't factored in even though I already knew that. They take advantage of you when you are in the most desperate need. Do not hire these vultures, because they will just take advantage of you. Listen to their machine when on hold. It goes over and over about how respectable they are bleh bleh. More sales tactics to make them seem honorable, when really they are crooks. They lost a 400.00 job (for starters) over not accepting a 50.00 coupon they advertised. There ya go.
