- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial contact is made by phone, particulars of the job are discussed from both ends such as: location, house size, number of occupants, pets, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, general state of the home, the customer's end goals and specific needs/preferences. 2) If the job is reoccurring, a walk through is scheduled and performed in person to ensure we are on the same page about the duties to be performed. Once price and scheduling are settled, the first cleaning is set up. Upon completion of the first cleaning I walk through with the customer to ensure their expectations have been met and lastly, a regular cleaning schedule is established.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning residentially for over 20 years, and commercially for about 2 years. I cleaned apartments for about a year for another cleaning company. I have also organized/reworked pantrys, and done wardrobe/closet makeovers/organization for several individuals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As part of a large family cleaning was just part of daily life. :)
