- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have set pricing, however, we always try to work within our clients budgets. Money isn't the key to success. The key to success is knowing you have done a great service for your client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is initiating contact with them, talking to find out their needs. Secondly, meeting with them and talking with them to find solutions to their challenges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years ago I was a realtor. I enjoyed meeting new people and assisting them with finding a home. However, I realized at that time the need for moving help. Pricing for this type of business is a never ending challenge. To stay on top of my competition, I research daily thru the internet for pricing in addition to calling my competition and contacting other business in other states and talk to them on how their markets are doing.
