They were very courteous and clean. They wore shoe covers in the house and vacuumed when there were finished. I had carpet stretching done in one room.

About 15 years ago I purchased a Rug Doctor but every now and then you still need more professional equipment to clean your rugs. These folks deep cleaned my carpet so that it now looks as new as the day it was laid down. And it goes beyond that, their professionalism and courtesy were exemplary. I would highly recommend.

My hot water tank ruptured and water came into my kitchen and living room. I had to pull up approximately 40 - 50 sq ft area of carpeting to dry the floor, pad and carpet. I called Carpet Restorations to retack, repair a seam and shampoo the living room and hall. Grayden and Jonathan were the assigned Technicians. They did an excellent job.They did everything I had requested to be done and the finished result was excellent. I had a nasty looking stain left in the carpet from the tank water and they successfully removed it. They were professional in every way, down to the shoe coverings for their shoes when working in the house. First time I've ever had any technicians do that. They are IMO five star technicians with a five star company. I highly recommend Carpet Restorations. I've used several different companies over the years and this company for me has outperformed all the others.
