FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront flat-rate pricing for most of our services. This means you’ll know the total cost of the repair or service before any work begins — no surprises, no hourly charges, and no hidden fees. Our diagnostic fee covers the cost of sending a licensed technician to assess the issue, and once the problem is identified, we’ll provide a clear, fixed price for the repair. If you choose to move forward with the work, that flat rate is all you’ll pay for the approved scope of service. Flat-rate pricing allows our customers to make informed decisions without the worry of rising costs due to time spent on the job.
