FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work any hours that are good for you, I'm a workaholic though, so you might have to tell me to leave if I stay too long per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Establish good communication. 2. Agree on a good time to meet, so I can get a good feel for what you want and access the site to make sure that there are going to be no surprises to the customer or me that might effect the price of the estimate. 3. Once I submit the estimate for the job, I then take all responsibility for any surprises unless the customer is the one who chooses to alter the plan. 4. I will work with you to make sure that you have what you want at a price that you can be happy with also. 5. I want both of us to be able to look at the final outcome with pride and happiness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Helped a licensed carpenter build two of our family's homes at the age of 16. Have lived in my current home for 30 years and have remodeled every single room at least twice, myself! Started doing building maintenance for Walmart, Walgreens, Home depot and Lowe's in 2016.
