The gentleman that serviced our house was amazing! He was attentive with the house and very informative on what he was doing, why and what to look for afterwards. I had a better understanding of our little pest problem and how to take care of it. We couldn't be more appreciative that TermMax helped us out when we needed it most, due to me being out of work. We were able to make weekly payments instead of paying in full!! I would most definitely recommend their services and Mr. Kevin is the guy you want!!

We had Kevin take care of our bug problems, he did an awesome job. He explained everything very well and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that has a bug problem. He also gives you a 3 month guarantee. I don’t know about you, when I heard the word bedbug, I was bedbug crazy!!!!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General Pest- The prices listed are for the initial service in the greater Tulsa area. Any services done after the initial are usually lower, and initial services outside the Tulsa area may be more expensive. All services come with a 30 day guarantee.
Bed Bug Work- The prices listed include 3 months of work in the greater Tulsa area. They include a service once a week for the first 4 weeks, and then as needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I believe that communication is the most important thing. I have the experience to know how to tackle pretty much any issue that my customers have with pests, but I need all the pertinent details. With all the information, I am very successful at removing any pest from my customers home or business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in this industry many years. I’m certified by the Oklahoma Department of Forestry and Agriculture For general pest work, ornamental and turf, and termite services.
