Simply Amazing Service Catering
About this pro
My wife, Karen and I have over 50+ years combined catering experience. We know how to take care of our guests and how to anticipate your needs. Our passion is for you to feel like you have been treated like royalty. If you are a Bride or Groom (or a parent) you must know, this meal will be one of the most important meals you will ever eat, because it will live on in your memory along with your wedding. We take that responsibility very seriously. We are both also very conscious of our health and the way we eat. We are as gluten-free, dairy free and sugar free as we can possibly be. We know that not everyone is concerned with gluten or has other dietary concerns, but the number of people who are concerned is growing daily. We make our clients aware that in any catered event someone is likely to be either gluten sensitive or have other dietary issues. The number could be as high as 30% of your guests that could fall into this category and you don't want to leave them out, you also want your meal to be delicious and memorable. We are very knowledgeable of what it takes to make our clients and their guests happy. Karen also has a unique approach to setting up the buffet and the dining tables to work with the theme created by the bride or our client. She works with the color scheme and decor to compliment the overall look and feel of the event. We are concerned with the whole experience, what you see, smell and taste at the events we cater. That this is not just a job for us, we live, think and breath Simply Amazing Service Catering. We are passionate about what we do, which is why we have been doing it for so long. We have been doing this "job" for others for a very long time and now we own this catering business to give our clients what we think is Simply Amazing Service.

- What types of customers have you worked with?Buffets are much more common and practical for most events. They give our clients and their guests an opportunity to mingle, especially around action stations such as a carving station or a pasta station or the chocolate fountain. A buffet also provide a variety you will not get from a sit down meal.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?We are blessed to work with several local venues, one of them is Stinchcombe Mansion in Broken Arrow. We recently catered a small wedding for a great couple. They were very happy with our service and the food so they did not have to worry about anything but having a good time. This is one of the most important days for the bride and groom but also their families, and everyone was happy.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?If you are planning an important event, sit with the caterer and describe how you envision this event. Do you want a sit down, plated meal on china with many waitstaff, wine service and bartenders or do you want a buffet with disposable plates or something in between. Convey to the caterer what you wish for AND your budget, we are a creative bunch, we can probably provide for you what you want. Let the caterer help design the perfect menu for your event, you usually won't have to stick with a standard menu they have. We can make both Gluten-Free and standard recipe items, we can change sauces for most of the items, we can provide the protein, starch, vegetables and sweets you would like. We are flexible and we want you to be more than satisfied.
