- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have simple pricing. My prices are based on the age, square footage and any extra or additional components such as swimming pools and such that the Buyer may want inspected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Every year I take way more hours of continuing education than what the State mandates. I enjoy learning about new inspection techniques, building sciences and codes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always worked on homes since I was a kid. I was also raised to help others when I could. So when I had the chance to go to school to become a home inspector, I decided that was the best of both worlds. Getting to inspect homes and help out people at the same time!
