- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job will bid differently based on the square footage and the scope of the task at hand. So far, there has never been a job that we didn't tackle! We love a challenge!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always meet your service provider in person before you commit to anything. This person is going to be involved in very personal parts of your life. No matter what, you want to know that you connect with this person and feel safe and comfortable. Character is everything in this business. If you have any doubts, move on. Listen to your instincts.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One thing about me that sets The Mess Doctor Cleaning Crew apart from others, is that prior to getting involved in this field, I have worked in the service industry in one capacity or another. I thoroughly enjoy helping others, and taking care of clients. It is my goal everytime I accept a job to not leave until my client is smiling and satisfied completely with the services we have provided.
