Introduction: As leadership coach, I coach leaders to discover their purpose, their vision, strengths and self-esteem. By doing so, my endeavor is to develop powerful leaders through personal empowerment. The leaders I train are often role models for others and tend to have loads of charisma, inner strength and the ability to influence others effectively.
Till date, I have managed to coach and mentor several students, teens, working professionals and executives to not just become their own boss but to also set benchmarks for others to follow. My programs, training plans and counseling is purposely designed to arouse an individual's strengths and to bring out the best in them!
As a leadership coach, my responsibilities include the following:
* Designing, developing and successfully implementing training programs for my clients in specific ways so that I bring out the best in them
* Conducting training sessions using PowerPoint slides, verbal sessions, role play techniques, group discussions and all possible methods to ensure participants truly benefit
* Acting as mentor, guide, friend, teacher and a role model to my clients throughout the training programs to provide them a wholesome training experience
* Understanding every client's specific needs, empathizing with them and developing creative training programs that suit and benefit them in the long run
* Identifying and purchasing resources, planning training budgets, conducting training needs analysis and converting the research study into useful programs
* Acting as trainer's trainer in cases where I am dealing with highly experienced working professionals, executives and company CEOs as my clients
Last but not the least, I always make sure to emphasize the importance of being hardworking and ethical to my students while achieving their goals.
