- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing for most of our services. These rates are for standard and basic services, but are flexible enough to meet your specific needs. Notary: $5/session up to 5 documents. Mobile Notary: add $25 to above in Tulsa metro area. Process Service: $55 in Tulsa County; $75 all other counties. Private Investigations: $75/hour plus mileage and expenses as necessary. Security Guards: Uniformed or plain clothes. Unarmed $25/hour & Armed $35/hour. Locksmith: Our standard service charge is $45 in the Tulsa Metro area. No additional charges for standard lockouts on cars, trucks, homes, retail stores or commercial businesses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our new clients are referrals and we simply listen to their needs and offer or recommend the best and most appropriate service. In some cases, like our private investigation services, we offer a free consultation. We also offer a free security audit for home owners and small businesses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although none of our services require formal education or training, I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University and over 10 years in county and municipal law enforcement. My locksmith training was nearly 100% on the job training, along with annual seminar based training.
